Norman Nielsen is an accomplished business owner in the truest form! Over the past 40 years, he has established and grown several successful businesses that are operating simultaneously.

Currently, in addition to serving as an administrator and one of the partners behind this website, Norman is a pioneer and serves as the leader in several profitable entities in a large assortment of unrelated industries, including farming, manufacturing, electronics, communications (two-way radios, cellular phones and other wireless communications technologies), robotic cutting machines, independent marketing, and precision agricultural products.

Norman and his wife, Theresa, were born and raised in a Northern Nebraska. They continue to live in the same area as they raise their family of seven (four sons and three daughters). Nebraska, located on the Great Plains of the USA, is a leading farming and ranching state near the center of America. Eighty-nine percent of the cities in Nebraska have fewer than 3,000 people! Hundreds of towns and villages have a population of fewer than 500, including his home town. Norman and his wife have always wanted and prefer the lifestyle in rural Nebraska. As they have retained their goal of maintaining their primary residence in rural Nebraska, they have also demonstrated the feasibility of accomplishing this by being creative. They have been able to maintain a wonderful work-life balance that many only wish for as they are able to spend the desired quality time with their family.

Being a long drive from any major city and away from any substantial client base, however, greatly complicates one’s ability to grow a business successfully. None-the-less Norman is amazing as he has very effectively increased his revenues and net worth every year!

Although it became increasingly difficult to operate a profitable business and hire the help required to provide the appropriate level of excellent support of the customers, innovation kicked in when the internet began.

With the internet, Norman found a new avenue to promote his businesses and an ever increasing supply of customers! Through his first website, be became a pioneer in the new precision Ag industry and adjusted his business model to embrace the new technology and leapfrog his productivity. Later he expanded into the other industries that he was associated. For example, in the cellular telephone industry he was one of the first to provide the solution to those in remote areas and experienced poor reception from the small and portable cell phones. Norman has now amassed an extremely prestigious client list of many of the largest multinational corporations!

As a pioneer, Norman has experienced and led many of the changes in both the economy of his local community and the technologies of the products he sells and supports.

With his diverse and accomplished background, you are fortunate to gain and learn from what he shares from his “toolbox” of his vast experiences!
